Vinyasa Yoga: Flow

this class meets Wedensday march 25 at 6 & 7PM

Paired with music, this flowing form of Vinyasa yoga will electrify, heal, and detox your body while keeping you in a moving meditation for 60 minutes. From pose to pose, students will learn alignment and breath while building strength, flexibility and balance. This class is great for anyone from beginner to advanced.
